We needed a development partner that operated as if they were down the hall - as if they were part of the team - who would be flexible but at the same time be able to offer suggestions when presented with a technology or product challenge. Symphonize is the kind of a partner that you can go to and describe what you're trying to accomplish from product standpoint. We've never felt like we had to push Symphonize to do anything on our behalf. It's really, again, this comes back to collaboration that feels like they're part of our organization, a real extension of our product team versus, you know, a vendor relationship. Be very clear about what it is you're solving for from a product and a user experience standpoint, but also ask for input from the Symphonizes team.
