For over 65 years, Catholic Charities Washtenaw County (CCWC) has been dedicated to serving the most vulnerable individuals in Washtenaw County and surrounding communities.

As part of this mission, Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County (CSSW) launched Ahead of the Curve Washtenaw, an initiative designed to provide accessible, proactive care planning resources for caregivers of older adults.

To bring this initiative to life, CSSW partnered with Symphonize to develop an intuitive, resource-driven digital platform.

Our Solution: A Comprehensive Digital Hub for Caregivers

Symphonize collaborated with CSSW to create a user-friendly website for Ahead of the Curve Washtenaw, designed to provide caregivers with the tools, training, and community connections needed to support older adults effectively.
